Regina Daniels: Abuja Hospital Disowns Drug‑Test Report Amid Escalating Family Feud

Abuja, Nigeria — November 14, 2025

Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja has publicly denied any involvement in a medical report circulating online that claims actress Regina Daniels tested positive for a range of hard substances, calling the document “entirely fabricated.

According to the hospital’s statement, the post — titled “Mid Term Home Detox Report” — was shared in the name of the facility but did not come from them. The hospital has strongly urged the public to disregard the report.

The alleged report, which has gone viral amid Regina’s public marital conflict with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, claims she tested positive for substances including marijuana, cocaine, morphine, opiates, and alcohol.

Reacting to the hospital’s denial, Regina expressed relief and gratitude, writing that she almost took legal action when she saw the report online. She said in an Instagram story:

“Thank you for standing by the truth … you knew you’re a big fish in the family, but did the right thing.

The controversy ties into an intensifying feud within her family. Her brother, Sweezzy, has accused Senator Nwoko of circulating false documents, including a forged voter’s card.  Meanwhile, Nwoko has publicly attributed marital conflict to Regina’s alleged drug and alcohol use.
