Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi have held high-level discussions on the escalating regional conflict, condemning recent attacks targeting the Kingdom and warning of broader global consequences.

According to official reports, the leaders spoke via telephone to review the latest developments surrounding the ongoing Iran war and its growing impact on regional and international stability.

During the conversation, both sides expressed deep concern over the increasing military escalation and its implications for global security. They highlighted the risks posed to international maritime routes, particularly as tensions continue to threaten key shipping lanes and energy supplies.

Prime Minister Modi reiterated India’s strong condemnation of repeated attacks against Saudi Arabia, emphasizing that such actions undermine the Kingdom’s sovereignty and pose a direct threat to regional peace.

The discussions also focused on the broader economic implications of the conflict, with both leaders acknowledging that disruptions to maritime security could have far-reaching consequences for the global economy, particularly in energy markets heavily reliant on Middle Eastern routes.

The call comes amid heightened tensions across the region, where Saudi Arabia has faced multiple missile and drone threats linked to the ongoing conflict. These incidents have increased pressure on the Kingdom’s defense systems and prompted stronger international diplomatic engagement.

Analysts note that the engagement between Riyadh and New Delhi underscores the growing importance of international cooperation in addressing regional crises. India, a major energy importer, has a strong interest in maintaining stability in the Gulf, while Saudi Arabia remains a key player in global energy supply.

The conversation reflects broader diplomatic efforts aimed at preventing further escalation and protecting critical global infrastructure. Both leaders emphasized the need for continued dialogue and coordinated international action to address the unfolding crisis.

As the conflict continues to evolve, the Saudi-India engagement highlights increasing global concern over the potential for wider instability, with leaders seeking urgent solutions to safeguard both regional security and the global economy.
