Egbe, Kogi State — Local vigilante forces successfully repelled a group of armed bandits who attempted a predawn raid on the Odorum area of Egbe in Yagba West, Kogi State. Sources told Dalena Reporters that the attack occurred in the early hours of Monday, November 24, 2025, and was met with a coordinated, forceful response from the Egbe Vigilante Team.
Eyewitnesses report a brief but intense gunfight; thanks to the swift action and preparedness of the vigilantes, the assailants were driven off before causing any major harm. Early assessments indicate no casualties in the community, a sign that the defense efforts were effective.
